Trick or treat

Well what can I say it was my first halloween home and my ward was having a halloween carnival, and I wanted to do something exotic.
Did I succeed?
Sorry it's not in the correct orientation, I couldn't quite get it right, but that can be fixed if you ever so slightly tilt your head to the left.
It was a lot of fun to make even though the whole thing took three days to make, and hey it looked cool.  However the down side was that it was exceptionally hard to move, and even harder to even put it all on.  Not to mention that during the whole thing I was slowly falling apart piece by piece, so as you can see scattered around my feet are bits of the debris that were once on my arms.  But none the less it was a lot of fun, and of course it could also transform into a car.

The Return

Well It's been over a year since I got home from a mission, which I must say was a lot of fun, even though it was very green, hot, muggy and humid during the summer, and very brown ugly cold and humid in the winter.  But it was all well worth it, especially when it came to meeting new people.  Mostly because many of them were hilarious, and it always seemed as if with every new person that you met, you would almost always learn something new, whether it was a new nit of information about the world, or a bit of information about yourself that you never new existed.
Most times however it wasn't necessarily fun especially when it came to companions who were always blaming you for things that they were guilty of, which happened now and then with several of my companions.  So I learned what not to be in the terms of learning.
But I found that the mission was actually one of the best growing experiences that I had.  It gave me the chance to really get out of my comfort zone, and to go places that I'd never been before, and see a whole new way of living, and the benefits of it.  Which also helps when you learn how to manage your financial funds in the process, especially in todays economy, which certainly makes "cents".
